Roy replaced the bay window and side door on our Edwardian house. We were concerned to retain the authentic, period look of the property, and this is exactly what was achieved. Roy's work was professional, efficient and of an extremely high quality: the house looks better than ever now. Roy and his team at Heritage Joinery made a wonderful job of repairing and painting the wooden shopfront of our Victorian premises. I was worried that I would have to replace the whole frontage at a great cost, but Roy came up with some options to utilise the good parts and replace the rotting timbers, continually gave me updates on the progress with photos, and the end result looks great. We have had several positive comments from customers and it has certainly transformed our premises.

Roy installed 4 oak doors and two other doors for us that included added stained glass panels. He also refurbished the front door. Roy carried out the work in a professional manner, with admirable attention to detail. He made the effort to ensure that the glass installed was in keeping with the design already in existence and always left the house clean and tidy. In the eleven years that I have lived with Albert in his house here, we have never come across a worker as knowledgeable, dedicated, interested or, most importantly as able as you. And we have had lots.

 

When you use the word 'heritage' in your business, as far as we are both concerned it should literally come with a crown endorsement of tradesmanship, ability and knowledge which recognises it.
